Overview
Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions addressing dynamic market needs. We seek a Regional Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to oversee sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and the commercialization of CA&E services and platforms, including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.

This role acts as a vital link between Product and Services Business Leads/Account Managers, crafting scalable sales strategies, business models, and segment narratives to drive customer value and revenue growth. Reporting to the Regional CA&E Commercialization Lead, the Manager will enable stakeholders to deliver and accelerate CA&E revenue across key focus areas of R&C and Segment Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of CA&E business across Dubai by aligning sales strategies with market needs.
  2. Tailored Product Narratives: Customize messaging for diverse customer segments.
  3. Sales Support: Contribute to client JVIs and RFPs across Mastercard EEMEA.
  4. Scalable GTM Strategies: Develop strategies to expand reach and relevance of existing products.
  5. Sales Plays: Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Teams to design and execute sales initiatives.
  6. Innovative Frameworks: Implement creative go-to-market models, including P4P and Conversion Assurance.
  7. Customer Engagement: Work with Sales to understand and meet customer needs, engaging directly with clients when necessary.
  8. Enablement Materials: Partner with Marketing to produce sales tools and resources.
  9. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitors to position Mastercard effectively.
