Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head HORECA (Frozen Foods) for one of our esteemed client to lead and grow their business within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foodservice sales, particularly in frozen food products, and a proven track record of building strategic relationships with key HORECA clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the HORECA sales strategy for frozen foods across regions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA segment, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, and QSR chains.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of regional sales managers/executives to ensure optimal performance and market penetration.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the HORECA space.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring competitive and profitable agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Forecast sales and prepare reports for senior management, including KPIs and progress against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
