A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to enhance broker engagement and manage sales cycles for exclusive off-plan developments. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, presentations, and client interaction, driving sales through effective relationship management. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission based on experience.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Project Sales Specialist to join our real estate team and take ownership of building up, engaging, educating, and supporting our broker network. In this role, you’ll be the face of our exclusive off-plan developments, building trust and driving interest through expert communication and relationship management. If you’re confident on the phone, thrive in front of an audience, and have a passion for real estate, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Broker Engagement: Establish and grow a network of trusted broker partners, offering them
expert guidance and up-to-date project knowledge.
• Presentations & Briefings: Conduct engaging presentations that showcase project USPs, timelines, and value propositions.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Guide clients and agents through the full sales cycle, including reservation, SPA signing, and payment plan structuring.
• Client Interaction: Support brokers in navigating client concerns, enabling smooth communication and better sales conversions.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Experience as a developer agent or in real estate in general is highly desirable but not a must
● Excellent communication and client service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
● Confident presentation skills—you’re comfortable speaking to individuals or groups.
● Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
● Organized and capable of managing multiple brokers and priorities at once.
Package:
• Basic salary + Commission: depending on experience
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 6pm
