Apply now for the position of Customer Care Centre Representative to join our team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your role :

1. Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.
2. Handle calls by receiving customer requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, application trainings, etc.
3. Coordinate with customers to schedule field service activities and resources to meet customer expectations and commitments.
4. Create and monitor different types of notifications based on customer requests and assign the CSEs and CESs for the requested jobs in the specified regions.
5. Coordinate dispatch activities of CSEs for onsite visits, preventive maintenance, and CES visits.
6. Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for CSEs and CES dispatches.
7. Ensure all service requests and dispatches are detailed, coordinated, prioritized, and organized for review and follow-up actions.

Your qualifications and experience :

1. You are a Biomedical Engineer (preferred), or studied Electrical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or related courses.
2. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
4. Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage.
5. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
6. Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, on a rotational basis.

3. Knowledge and experience in tender processes.
