Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generator Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, ensure safety, and assist in testing generators, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical faults and mechanical issues in generators and related systems. Perform necessary repairs and replacements.
3. Electrical Systems Work: Work with control panels, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), circuit breakers, and wiring.
4. Site Work & Travel: Travel to client sites for inspections, installations, and emergency call-outs.
5. Compliance & Safety: Follow industry standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures while working on mechanical/electrical systems.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inspection logs for all projects handled.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years working preferably with generators, electrical systems, and load banks.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of diesel/gas generators, voltage regulation, control systems, and electrical circuits.
• Commissioning Expertise: Experience in commissioning and testing power generation systems.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle equipment when needed.
• Driving License: Preferred UAE valid license (or willing to obtain if relocating).
• Education: Preferably Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Field.
