Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Sales Coffee Vending Solutions to lead our Abu Dhabi sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key client accounts. This role includes overseeing branch operations and administrative functions while coordinating with our Dubai-based Operations Manager for vending machine installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Abu Dhabi sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team coaching.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with major corporate clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and expand account value.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Branch Operations & Administration

  • Supervise daily branch operations and workflow.
  • Oversee inventory, machine movement, and spare parts availability.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and reports.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Dubai Operations Team for smooth installations.
  • Handle service coordination and installation planning for Abu Dhabi clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, key account handling, or branch management.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Experience in operations, team supervision, and inventory control.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Availability to work from the Abu Dhabi office.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 7,500 8,000 per month + Vehicle Allowance
  • Probation: 3-month probation period to assess performance in sales, operations, and team management.
