RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop relationships with key FMCG clients to understand their business goals and service their marketing research needs.
  • Generate opportunities for NIQ to propose relevant research programs to support client growth.
  • Manage new opportunity prospecting, research briefs, and develop proposals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project milestones.
  • Manage client stakeholder relationships, addressing queries and providing advice.
  • Oversee client financials, including invoicing and collections.
  • Develop a strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities for NIQ.
  • Provide management with thorough reviews of internal and client financials, including budgets and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, specifically in FMCG Market Research.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong ability to understand technical aspects of FMCG industry briefs and develop proposals.
  • Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills and data-based consultative selling experience.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Competent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC markets and experience in multinational market research agencies is an advantage.
