A reputable and well-established medical device company is actively recruiting an inventory specialist for their team in Dubai.

Main responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the ordering, sales/service, and warehouse teams to confirm the stock availability and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels across different territories and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and ordering teams to validate stock levels and assess reallocation opportunities.
  • Monitor shelf-life and manufacturing dates, initiating liquidation efforts once items exceed defined thresholds.
  • Provide real-time updates to the sales and service teams on stock status to support timely decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement operations, or a related function.
  • Proficient in reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and inventory management software/databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
