Job Purpose:
- Campaign configuration and testing: Setup and implementation of product-specific parameter updates and documentation of system changes for BAU spending, acquisition, and related activities.
- Financial impact monitoring: Track new rewards costs against projections and previous periods to assess engagement and profitability.
- Cost optimization review: Conduct monthly evaluations of costs versus spending and acquisition targets, highlighting significant expenses without ROI.
- Card-specific engagement: Drive category-wise spend outcomes for loyalty propositions on specific cards to maximize customer participation.
- User experience enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve UI/UX in line with new card CVPs, and manage theme-based games and tactical rewards boosters for in-app engagement.
- Documentation and Audit: Maintain updated documentation on system changes, test results, sign-offs, and migration setup.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign configuration, testing, and execution.

- Develop test cases and strategies, obtain business approval before go-live.
- Monitor financial performance of loyalty programs, compare against business case metrics.
- Forecast budgets, evaluate loyalty costs, and identify optimization opportunities monthly.
- Assess rewards ROI by analyzing spend and acquisition growth.
- Develop engagement strategies aligned with product owners to achieve targeted category spend outcomes.
- Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to promote desired customer behaviors.
- Review and enhance user experience, implement dynamic redemption, and present tailored redemption options based on customer segments.
- Apply card-specific gamification strategies to boost app usage and customer interaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, migration mapping, and rule tables.
- Record test evidence, monitor post-go-live performance, and verify capping rules for monthly GL costs.
- Conduct post-implementation audits, ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Utilize loyalty management tools, CRM, and financial reporting systems effectively.
- Ensure timely, accurate campaign setup, meet/exceed business metrics, reduce costs without compromising satisfaction, and achieve ROI growth through increased spend and acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years in banking/financial industry with strong financial and technical skills.
- Bachelor's or master's in business, IT, finance, or related fields.
- Experience with Collinson XLS loyalty engine or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of cards business and enterprise products for successful testing strategies.
