About Us:

We are a fast-growing holiday homes company offering high quality, short-term rental experiences across prime locations. With a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and property acquisition, we are now looking for a driven Associate Manager to support our continued growth.

Job Summary:

The Associate Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations and play a key role in business development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results driven, and skilled in client relations, with a focus on onboarding new properties and securing partnerships with landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in daily coordination of holiday home operations
  • Identify and approach potential property owners and landlords to grow the property portfolio
  • Schedule and attend meetings with property owners to present the benefits of partnering with our company
  • Assist in onboarding new units, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and setup are completed
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing landlords and provide consistent support
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting for managed units
  • Ensure operational standards and service quality are maintained across all properties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build rapport with landlords and property owners
  • Knowledge of the holiday homes market and DTCM regulations is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
