Job Overview

The appointment of the Promotion Manager is contingent upon obtaining in-principle approval from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). SCA certification is desirable but can be obtained during the appointment process.

The Promotion Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the MENA region through strategic marketing and promotional activities, ensuring compliance with SCA regulations and enhancing visibility and client engagement.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all promotional materials and campaigns comply with SCA regulations, verifying accuracy and non-misleading content.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the UAE, identifying target audiences and effective channels.
• Oversee execution of campaigns, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sales departments, and coordinate with external partners.
• Ensure all marketing content is accurate, informative, and compliant.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Train team members on regulatory compliance and best marketing practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University certificate with at least 5 years of experience in financial markets or relevant fields.

Alternative Qualification:

• Diploma or lower certification with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications and Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience combined with:

• FRM, Financial Controller, CIA, Chartered Development Finance Analyst, CMA, or ICA Conduct Risk certification.
