Your role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling goods and materials in our warehouse. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, set priorities, and work with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all administrative assignments in a timely manner.
  2. Keep track of all tools and organize them properly.
  3. Record all sent and received items in AADMIS.
  4. Maintain calibration status for all tools and test equipment.
  5. Replenish or purchase office supplies as needed.
  6. Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  7. Handle import and export shipments.
  8. Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
  9. Arrange transportation and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with minimal delay.
  10. Receive products and coordinate deliveries.
  11. Prepare loads for shipment.
  12. Always adhere to safety and quality requirements.
  13. Take steps to prevent quality control issues.
  14. Maintain the warehouse and toolshop in good order.
Your profile
  1. Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Skills
  1. Excellent communication skills in English.
  2. Good organizational and time management skills.
  3. Valid driving license.
  4. Knowledge of AADMIS is a plus.

This position requires approval in a security vetting process in accordance with ISO:27001.
