Job Title: Jr. Sales Executive/ Business Consultant

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive approach to generating new business and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, building connections, networking, visiting events, prospects, and referrals. Knowledge of new technology, tools, channels, or solutions to increase reach to prospects effectively and efficiently.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Explore creation of offerings whether available in the portfolio or outsourced.
  3. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
  4. Content Creation: Ideate content needed for selling or positioning services, working closely with designers and marketing teams to produce presentations, flyers, brochures, videos, write-ups, mailers, messages, podcasts, blogs, etc. Participate in creating and sharing content on social media to enhance branding with minimal investment.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Transition from initial outreach to delivering sales independently with minimal support in a short time.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, KPI trends, lead generation, daily utilization, conversions, failure analysis, and market feedback to the sales manager and senior team.
  8. Collaboration and Cost Optimization: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential. Collaborate with consultants to apply learning in sales execution to optimize costs and increase ROI.
  9. Learning and Development: Understand the services and products through client visits, workshops, online and classroom learning. Aim to build capabilities to deliver the services effectively.
  10. Knowledge Sharing and Team Building: Conduct internal sessions on best practices, strategies, and service positioning. Build empathy and connections with prospects and clients across organization verticals.
  11. Service Development: Collaborate to create new offerings based on demand, leveraging existing services to enable revenue growth and market penetration.
  12. Work Ethic and Transparency: Maintain openness and honesty regarding sales activities and challenges. Promote team success through transparent communication and shared challenges.
  13. Technology Proficiency: Maintain strong knowledge of current technological tools that aid sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; engineering background is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in selling services like problem solving, consulting, with experience in the UAE market.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of ISO, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvements; Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Proven sales achievement, negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM, data mining, lead generation tools, MS Office, and sales metrics analysis.
