Job Purpose / Objective :

A Techno-functional developer is responsible for managing physical and information assets related to Oracle EBS applications, delivering IT services to meet SWS business needs, and optimizing the application to provide value. The role also involves managing all communications related to performance, projects, audits, and assessments as the ITSM application lead, reporting to the Head of ERP Applications.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Gather, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS solutions.
2. Assist business users in mapping and reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized methodologies, including report specification development and deployment.
3. Deliver all internal Oracle EBS projects, procurement, and problem management activities.
4. Develop and adhere to engagement team project standards to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Participate actively in troubleshooting phases post-implementation.
6. Develop and document know-how, controls, and capabilities within Oracle EBS.
7. Lead application development projects, prepare feasibility studies, RFPs, SOWs, and engage in optimization activities.
8. Develop and manage documentation for IT artifacts.
9. Train and develop operations teams and end-users as required.

Ensure IT services are delivered in compliance with operational and security policies.

• SWS Management team
• SWS employees and end-users

External Stakeholders :

• IT Service Providers
• Regulatory authorities (ADDA, DoE)

IT Governance :

• Deliver IT services and resolve tickets as per service catalog/SLA.
• Implement cost-saving measures such as hardware optimization.
• Ensure projects and reports are delivered on time.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education / Qualifications :

• BSc in Engineering (Electronics, CS, or IT).

Relevant Experience :

• Relevant finance or HR certifications with in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation.
• Excellent documentation skills for high-quality project documentation.
• Oracle EBS certification is mandatory.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
