Job Description

KILONEWTONS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and reports.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and office operations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar industry (engineering, construction, or consulting is a plus).
