Job Description
  1. Trade:
  2. Maintain harmonious PR with trade & team and ensure prompt, efficient customer service at all times.
  3. Achieve 100% compliance to journey plans.
  4. Participate effectively in team activities and be a collaborative team player.
  5. Meet KPIs related to Coverage, Productivity, Distribution, and Visibility (BDA implementation / share of space as per market share & planograms).
  6. Regularly evaluate route efficiencies to meet productivity targets per van/route.
  7. Achieve targeted distribution for brands/SKUs and maintain van loadograms.
  8. Ensure multiple loadings of vans daily.
  9. Secure primary visibility in the category and explore secondary visibility opportunities for dominance.
  10. Manage trade-returns within agreed limits.
  11. Identify near expiry issues three months prior and oversee liquidation following FIFO.
  12. Complete listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
  13. Act swiftly on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs.
  14. Execute promotional activities as per norms and timelines.
  15. Monitor competitor activities and trade/consumer trends; share survey findings.
  16. Follow SOPs for van maintenance, inventory, cash deposits, reporting, and timings.
  17. Identify new sales opportunities, sell products, and meet sales targets.
  18. Possess knowledge of food sales.
  19. Follow daily route plans.
  20. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  21. Ensure availability and visibility of all SKUs; deliver orders and collect payments if required.
