Job Description

Role: Your focus will be on supporting product launches and managing projects to grow revenue and profitability in the region. You will provide support to the Managing Director Middle East Africa (MEA) with regard to the strategic plan, presentations to management, and special operational projects. As a true point of contact and international ambassador for our company, you will develop relationships of trust and foster a dynamic and sustainable business flow with your contacts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Based in Dubai and as an active member of the MEA team, you will report directly to the MEA General Manager. Main missions include:
    1. Marketing
    2. Assist the MEA General Manager and the KAM MEA in implementing national operational marketing activities.
    3. Translate objectives and strategies into actionable tactics.
    4. Collaborate with KAM MEA and advertising agencies to prepare marketing materials (print and electronic).
    5. Maintain close liaison with the sales force to assess and optimize promotional materials.
    6. Present marketing campaigns or trainings to sales teams.
    7. Assist in developing and implementing KOL meetings, advocacy, and Peer to Peer programs with marketing and medical departments.
    8. Work with the Regulatory department to ensure promotional materials comply with company guidelines and contain accurate product information.
    9. Utilize internal and external resources effectively.
  2. Support to the General Manager
    1. Collaborate with the CEO on strategic projects and presentations for the Global Sales Department.
    2. Prepare reports and presentations for the Global Sales Department.
    3. Conduct market analysis and prepare financial reports.
    4. Manage invoice processing for the MEA team.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills
  • Medical or biological knowledge related to the product(s) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
