Overview of the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for commercial vehicles? We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Vehicles Sales Consultant for our HINO Trucks Division. In this role, you will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, providing complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

What You Will Do
  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability through net sales and gross margin earnings. Use discounts strategically to close deals.
  2. Customer Engagement: Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your territory. Conduct regular visits to assess business needs and maintain strong relationships for high customer satisfaction.
  3. Customer Qualification: Understand customer requirements, demonstrate trucks, explain features, and offer test drives, warranties, and services.
  4. Sales Process Management: Write sales orders, secure deposits, process paperwork, and focus on customer satisfaction.
  5. Training and Reporting: Attend sales meetings and training sessions, inform management of additional training needs, and complete reports.
  6. Financial Oversight: Ensure monthly overdues do not exceed targets.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  1. 3+ years in commercial vehicle sales at a dealership, with experience in Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks Sales in the UAE.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  3. Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.
  6. Outgoing, service-oriented attitude, good time management, and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  8. Valid UAE Driving License.
