Role Overview : In this role, you'll ensure all ERP projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll liaise with project business team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data, provide guidance on policies and processes, oversee project execution, and collaborate with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. Additionally, you'll prepare project status reports. A strong understanding of finance, operations, Supply Chain, and CRM processes, along with project management skills, is essential.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, reporting, and tools.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Understanding of Partner Management Skills is desirable.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
Project Management Certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a project lead, especially in ERP implementations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Expertise in Microsoft ERP implementation methodologies.

Ensure project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
