Oracle is seeking a Go-to-Market and Enablement Lead to drive strategic initiatives in the MEA region. This role involves designing GTM strategies, enabling sales teams through training, and managing events to enhance customer success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales alignment and customer engagement.
In addition to GTM responsibilities, this role involves the strategic creation of high-impact content and enablement programs. You will develop compelling sales materials, customer success stories, and training resources to support CSS initiatives, ensuring the field is equipped with relevant, timely, and effective tools to drive customer adoption and success.
