Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at HanseMerkur in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong broker and client relationships, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve managing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Experience managing a team
  • Very good relations with the UAE broker community
