Senior Financial Specialist

Job Description

  • Reconciliation: Expert in reconciliation such as Bank, AP, AR, and Inter-company. Hands on system-to-system reconciliation will be an added advantage.
  • Payment gateway reconciliation from start to end that includes follow-up with multiple parties, proper recording in accounting books, action's to eliminate the variances.
  • Understand the existing processes to establish the best-in-class reconciliation process as per business requirements
  • Must be able to manage complex and huge data reconciliation.
  • Lead & derive the automation process to reduce manual intervention in reconciliation & reporting process
  • Month End closing able to manage month end close tasks and deliver the results with accuracy with in communicated timelines
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including day-to-day accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset records
  • Well verse with VAT/GST, prepare & submit the return, reconcile date with system, obtain advice on new revenue/expenses
  • Should be well verse with QuickBooks or ERP accounting software

  • 13 years of experience in reconciliation, with a solid understanding of the payments industry.
  • Technically inclined with a strong passion for technology and innovation.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Highly organized, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a Fintach environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent time management, punctuality, and consistent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting / CA / ACCA
