Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead with 10+ years of expertise in SAP EAM implementation, configuration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will drive asset management strategies, lead SAP EAM projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP EAM implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and related EAM functionalities.
• Develop and implement asset lifecycle management strategies using SAP EAM.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI / CO, etc.).
• Provide expertise in preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset tracking.
• Lead data migration, testing, and user training for SAP EAM projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices, innovations, and industry trends.
• Support change management and drive adoption of SAP EAM solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Proven experience in SAP EAM implementation, customization, and support.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA and cloud-based EAM solutions.
• Ability to integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Certifications :

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP EAM
• SAP S / 4HANA Asset Management Certification
