- Define and evolve the product roadmap for AI agent-based automation capabilities across core use cases (e.g., hyper segmentation, dynamic offer generation, real-time decisioning).
- Champion a product vision that blends LLM-powered agents, business rules engines , and integration layers into one cohesive platform.
- Prioritize feature development based on customer value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with AI Engineering and Integration teams to design agent workflows that are scalable, compliant, and pluggable into varied client systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, CDPs, marketing clouds).
- Define product requirements and functional specs for autonomous agent orchestration, guardrails, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand business processes, data flows, and AI use cases across industries.
- Own product demos, pilots, and proof-of-value phases in coordination with technical and sales teams.
- Stay close to the market—monitor AI / agentic trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to guide innovation.
