Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events (weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, etc.)
Work closely with clients to understand event specifications and provide customized solutions.
Collaborate with various hotel departments (catering, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for event needs.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Provide on-site support during events and ensure client satisfaction.
Help in post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
