Success in this role depends on several key factors – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these duties (and other reasonable job responsibilities) is essential to deliver excellent service to our guests and support our business goals.
