We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee large-scale prefab and modular building projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
5. Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
6. Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
7. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
8. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
