We are looking for a talented and experienced digital marketing professional with expertise in local & international campaigns and a strong background in digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience and a solid understanding of the real estate and developer sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on the marketing calendar and execute them to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and select effective digital channels and tactics.
- Manage Digital Channels: Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Lead local & international digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Manage social media strategies, content calendars, engagement, and paid advertising to reach targeted demographics. Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve campaign efficiency by enhancing user experience, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversions.
- Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that resonates with the target audience and conveys the brand message.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Use data to optimize strategies and report findings.
- SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO strategies including link building to improve search rankings.
- Content and Community Management: Manage content calendars, social media accounts, and audience engagement to build brand presence.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, segment lists, and track performance to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance online reputation by monitoring mentions and engaging with customers, in coordination with customer service teams.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' digital activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from various sources to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize tools to automate tasks like email scheduling, social media posting, and lead nurturing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or development sectors.
- Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets.
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and industry trend awareness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
