Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent mixology skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests.
  
• Ensure high-quality drink presentation and consistency.
  
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance.
  
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  
• Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar.
  
• Stay updated on new cocktail recipes and industry trends.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar (UAE experience preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset.
  
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  
• Bartending or hospitality certification is an advantage.
