ABOUT THE ROLE

Role: Senior Marketing Manager

To lead all Marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit of Emaar Hospitality Group, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Marketing, Digital, Public Relations and Social Media strategy and its associated activations in accordance with company and brand specific guidelines, processes and policies, with the aim to maximize share of voice, performance across all IBU Marketing metrics, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and IBU awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive offline and online marketing campaign and PR management experience.
  • Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven record managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations.
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
  • Expertise in project management and a strong eye for detail and creative design.
  • Minimum qualification required diploma/bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing.

KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and manage the marketing team, including direct oversight of two colleagues.
  2. Develop and execute the resort’s annual marketing strategy and monthly forecasting aligned with business goals.
  3. Oversee marketing for all F&B outlets, including both managed and leased concepts.
  4. Drive brand visibility and differentiation across local and international markets.
  5. Manage digital marketing agencies, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  6. Lead influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships to drive awareness and engagement.
  7. Own the PR strategy and budget, working closely with agencies to secure high-impact media coverage.
  8. Supervise creative agencies and ensure consistent brand alignment across all visuals and campaigns.
  9. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable results.
  10. Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership.
  11. Collaborate with commercial, operations, and F&B teams to drive occupancy and restaurant footfall.
  12. Innovate guest engagement initiatives, supporting loyalty and repeat business.
  13. Ensure all communication meets the luxury brand standards of Address Hotels + Resorts.
  14. Stay ahead of trends in luxury travel, digital media, and guest behaviour to adapt strategy.
  15. Experience in e-commerce is a must to know how to handle OTA and IHW paid activities.
