Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main contact for logistics business clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
* Proactively secure new clients and expand volume from assigned accounts to meet revenue targets
* Conduct regular client visits and log sales activities while identifying and converting leads into revenue
* Keep customer profiles updated and maintain detailed trade records to support commercial goals
* Engage with dormant or potential clients to unlock new opportunities and drive sustained growth
* Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines to maximize profitability
* Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless contract execution
* Promote a full suite of DP World services and products across business units
* Analyze sales trends, monitor market and competitor activity, and participate in sales strategy meetings
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience:
* 5 7 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics within the GCC
Skills:
* Commercial acumen and customer-focused attitude
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of logistics systems and market trends
* Able to manage a portfolio of clients independently
* Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
