As the newest member of Tesla’s Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will support our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and help shape the next generation of Tesla talent. This programme is ideal for Emiratis seeking an alternative to further education, recent graduates, or those looking for a career change to an innovative and impactful field.

The programme emphasizes potential over academic achievement and involves a streamlined recruitment process: a 20-minute online screening, a brief call with a Tesla Recruiter, and a final interview with the Hiring Manager.

Participants will rotate across key departments such as Sales, Delivery, Service, and Customer Operations, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills. Performance during rotations will be reviewed to facilitate growth and further career development within Tesla. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment aligned with your strengths and aspirations.

Key responsibilities include supporting business functions, exceeding targets, and contributing innovative ideas to drive change. This is a great opportunity for motivated self-starters to take ownership of their learning and make a meaningful impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Emirati/UAE National with family book
• Holding a full UAE Driving License
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Passionate about Tesla and our mission
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Enthusiastic about participating in a fast-paced, multi-departmental programme
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, confidential, and positive representation of Tesla
• Willing to travel as needed
• Not enrolled in full-time education at programme start (gap year students are not eligible)
