Civil Engineer - Emirati

• Direct day-to-day corrective maintenance activities at project site, including daily scheduling of programs and handling the complete resources in the project dedicated to civil works.
• Ensuring efficient and competent handling of resources without loss of man hours at site and following up until every work is completed at site in coordination with Site Supervisor/ Foreman.
• Assisting Project Manager in the implementation of corrective maintenance works (from work order receipt to close out period).
• Assist in chasing/following up and closing the work orders in compliance with target finish date.
• Conduct inspections at site regarding recording and rectifying defects and submit proposals for rectification works.
• Develop required documents for site implementation such as method statements, cost estimates, and specifications as per BOQ/ Contract of current maintenance contract.
• Preparation/reviewing of joint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion of each CM work, comparing with plan and actual.
• Routine coordination with RTA for site issues & undertakes joint inspections upon completion of each work.
• Coordination with any subcontractors/suppliers for the completion of all works on or before time.
• Regularly study the new developments taking place in the construction/maintenance industry and keep up-to-date knowledge in different areas of the domain.
• Efficient tracking and follow-up of work orders created through Maximo software and coordinating to complete the work orders competently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of similar experience
