Job Description

  • Administer and oversee day to day HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Preparation of Payroll, Attendance management & Exit Formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this role. Additional certification in HR will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or related fields is required to ensure a solid understanding of HR functions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry is essential to adapt to changing HR needs and challenges.
  • Strong technical skills in HRIS and MS Office Suite are necessary for efficient data management and reporting.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve HR objectives.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well versed with UAE Labour Laws.
