We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at DIC Dubai, specializing in the Timber Industry, particularly with white wood timber background. The role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and generating sales reports.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. They will create strategies aligned with current consumer trends to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitors.
  2. Generate new clients and sales, identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Formulate and execute business plans according to sales strategies.
  4. Enhance sales and develop plans to exceed targets.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  6. Negotiate prices to maximize profitability and stay informed on competitor activities.
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
  8. Handle inquiries and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
  9. Design and implement marketing plans for products.
  10. Coordinate with media and sponsors.
  11. Work with the sales team on targeted strategies.
  12. Answer client queries about product specifications and uses.

Additional Requirements
  • Experience in Timber Trading and the Wood Industry is mandatory.
