Black Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Inclusive Learning Manager who can provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for supporting students with disabilities.

This role involves:

  1. Creating an inclusive environment, ensuring accessibility, and advocating for policies that promote equity in education.
  2. Collaborating with university staff and external organizations to facilitate the success of students with disabilities.
  3. Developing and implementing strategic plans to support students with disabilities.
  4. Leading initiatives to promote inclusivity and accessibility on campus.
  5. Overseeing services such as academic accommodations, personal support, and assistive technology.
  6. Facilitating orientation for new students with disabilities.
  7. Advocating for students with disabilities and ensuring their needs are addressed.
  8. Building relationships with university departments to ensure accessibility.
  9. Collaborating with external organizations and community stakeholders.
  10. Organizing workshops and events to raise awareness about disability issues.
  11. Managing the budget for the Centre, including sourcing and managing grants.
  12. Ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations and preparing reports on the Centre's activities.
  13. Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and services and developing KPIs for measuring success.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Certification or license in psychology preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
