- Handle incoming calls and emails related to room reservations in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage guest bookings using the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide information on room rates, availability, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.
- Process modifications and cancellations of reservations, ensuring all updates are reflected correctly.
- Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, events, and policies.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for seamless guest experience.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy in all communications and systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management review.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations.
- Proficient in PMS/reservation systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
