Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial office (CMO) in Middle East & Africa (MEA).
- Support, inform, and develop MEA countries in all aspects of CMO.
- Implement and maintain new group-wide standards and processes.
- Improve existing processes with countries and share best practices.
- Ensure and maintain reporting transparency in the area of CMO.
- Support and ensure timely month-end closing in countries.
- Coordinate and execute CMO training for MEA countries, including regular qualification assessments.
- Support global projects such as Modern Software / Efficient Processes, ensuring MEA requirements are integrated.
- Act as the link and voice for MEA between Order Management Doka Group, CMO DG, and MEA countries.
- Support daily operational tasks (e.g., delivery documents, invoicing) for small countries with limited resources.
- Serve as the Operations contact for the Export sales team, handling requirements like availability checks and intercompany pricing.
- Coordinate shipment execution to MEA export countries with Order Management Doka Group.
- Ensure proper utilization of statistical declarations for cross-border business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial office and/or material logistics, preferably in formwork/construction in the Middle East & Africa.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations-related studies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of freight and customs environment in MEA.
- Excellent communication, intercultural, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
