We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, develop effective hiring strategies, and collaborate closely with department heads to attract and retain top talent. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our workforce and driving the company's growth through people.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Develop strategic hiring plans in collaboration with department heads and the leadership team.
Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay competitive in compensation and talent attraction.
Partner with HR and leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
End-to-End Recruitment & Selection:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage and refine recruitment pipelines for key roles, especially in sales and project marketing.
Utilize social media, job boards, recruitment platforms, and internal networks to source candidates.
Manage communication with potential candidates on network platforms such as LinkedIn.
Implement and manage personality testing programs as part of the selection and development process to ensure cultural and role alignment.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
Continuously improve candidate experience through timely communication and feedback loops.
Recruitment Operations & Analytics:
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and optimize accordingly.
Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate data is up to date.
Implement and manage personality testing programs as part of the selection and development process to ensure cultural and role alignment.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors, if needed.
