Our client is looking for a Sales Associate to cover the UAE Region, based in DIFC, Dubai. With a strong global brand and leadership in the Private Assets space, you will join an established franchise working with the largest clients in the region.

You should have a strong academic background, extensive knowledge of private assets, and deep regional relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in a firm with market-leading inflows.

The role involves being the primary contact for clients ranging from pension, endowment, and charitable funds to consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting senior team members in managing large, complex relationships
  2. Supporting or generating new business
  3. Creating and executing effective sales strategies
  4. Market segmentation
  5. Producing high-quality marketing materials and client deliverables efficiently
  6. Coordinating with client service teams on onboarding new clients
  7. Developing strong product knowledge across private credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and renewables through close collaboration with investment teams
  8. Sourcing, reviewing, and detailing market information and MI
  9. Interacting with internal departments to support client service and business growth

Necessary qualifications, experience, and competencies:

  1. 3-5 years of Asset Management Sales experience at a reputable private markets firm
  2. Strong regional knowledge, preferably covering UAE / GCC / EMEA markets
  3. Technical knowledge of private markets products
  4. Ability to generate leads independently
  5. Positive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial attitude
