  • Position: Chocolate Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Monitor and drive sales targets.
  2. Team Management: Hire, train, and manage sales staff.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
  4. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain.
  5. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance.

  7. Trend Analysis & Display Maintenance: Keep up with fashion and design trends; regularly refresh displays to keep the store engaging.
