Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client accounts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue through tailored solutions and account development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics
- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any escalations proactively
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and performance
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client servicing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with a strategic and consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Understanding of the UAE market and business culture
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
