A leading company in the Real Estate sector is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to oversee various projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, ensuring effective cost management, and leading a professional team. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in cost consultancy, particularly in the UAE, and a strong understanding of procurement methods and contract administration.
Our Real Estate team in Dubai is working on a wide range of projects, which could include Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Leisure and Mixed-Use developments.
Projects are primarily new build but could include fit out and refurbishment.

SCOPE:
Senior Cost Managers lead commissions of varying types and sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Our projects generally are of significant size and value.
