Position: Freight Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time | Mid-Senior Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage freight forwarding and operational logistics teams
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and process optimisation
• Ensure full compliance with global shipping regulations (INCOTERMS, customs, etc.)
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships to optimise service and cost
• Utilise freight software platforms (Cargo Wise, SAP, or similar) for operational efficiency
• Develop KPIS, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of freight and logistics management experience
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
• Expertise in freight management systems and logistics technology
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
