A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a skilled professional to monitor and enhance supply and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to improve efficiency and collaborate with teams to implement strategic solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid background in logistics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Main Responsibility:
1. Monitor and analyze supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Identify regional or city-specific supply issues and drive solutions through product improvements or operational strategies.
2. Utilize incentive measures such as bonuses and subsidies to enhance rider activity, performance, and retention. In high-demand scenarios, adjust delivery distances and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) appropriately to ensure efficiency.
3. Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by leveraging data analysis, optimizing processes, and solving operational issues.
4. Collaborate with the product team to promote the launch and optimization of supply operation product systems that improve product efficiency and enable more intelligent supply utilization processes.
5. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor performance to suggest improvements in operational strategies.
6. Collaborate with the broader operations team to drive strategic projects that enhance the supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2-10 years of work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O (online-to-offline) industry. Experience in logistics operations, analysis, strategy, and data is preferred. Experience in food delivery companies is a plus.
2. Results-oriented, data-driven, with strong communication and resource integration capabilities.
3. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using various data analysis tools.
4. Fluent in English is required.
