Job Description
The Training Sales executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maximizing enrollment in HBMSU's professional diploma programs, short courses, and customized corporate training. This role focuses on B2B and B2C sales activities, including selling training solutions to industries, government sectors, and individuals, contributing directly to the university's revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients and learners for HBMSU's professional training programs.
- Develop a strong pipeline of B2B and B2C opportunities by building strategic relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold-calling, emailing, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual training sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Provide excellent client support, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems timely.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Promote HBMSU's brand in external events and professional gatherings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional training sales, corporate training solutions, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent learners service skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate policies, regulations, and procedures to students, faculty and staff.
- Ability to work flexibly for extended hours and in weekends as required.
- Ability to travel frequently between emirates and within the region.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
