As a Sales Manager in our thriving real estate business, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing sales initiatives. Your main focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and guiding the team toward success. With a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, you will develop and implement sales strategies while ensuring that the sales team is motivated, trained, and at the top of their game.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Craft and implement innovative strategies to exceed sales targets, tailored to market trends and customer needs.
- Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure continued growth and success.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and sustain long-term relationships with property buyers, sellers, investors, and partners. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis : Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to ensure our company stays ahead in the Dubai real estate market.
- Collaboration with Marketing : Partner with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. Align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Sales Negotiations & Transactions : Lead sales negotiations and oversee transactions to ensure smooth, timely closings while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts, highlighting performance, trends, and areas of opportunity. Use data insights to refine strategies and drive results.
- Compliance & Regulation : Ensure all sales processes comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations, including RERA guidelines. Stay updated on changes in the regulatory environment.
- Networking & Industry Involvement : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build valuable relationships and promote the company’s services.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience, particularly in the UAE real estate market (commercial, residential, luxury, etc.).
- 3–5 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development , market analysis, and lead generation.
- Industry Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including both commercial and residential sectors. Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., RERA) is a plus.
