Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Emirati Finance Professionals, to join our dynamic finance team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, accounts payable, corporate finance, and financial consolidation. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and a strategic mindset to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information to support business decision-making and long-term financial planning.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
  • Analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align business strategies and financial targets.

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Review and analyze financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify key financial metrics and deliver meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

Accounts Payable:

  • Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to accounts payable.
  • Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency in the accounts payable cycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.

Corporate Finance:

  • Lead initiatives related to capital structure optimization, working capital management, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis on potential investments, acquisitions, and business expansions.
  • Provide financial guidance on corporate finance activities, including debt financing, equity transactions, and risk management.

Financial Consolidation:

  • Oversee the financial consolidation process for multiple business units or subsidiaries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the consolidation process.
  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, FP&A, and accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills and financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and experience with financial consolidation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
