Job description

Digital Punks is not your average marketing agency. We're the rebels, the rule-breakers, the ones brands call when they're done playing it safe. We build cult brands, design loud campaigns, and automate what others overthink. We're fast, weirdly creative, and unapologetically efficient.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects

Qualifications

  • You have 2-5 years in business development, sales, or growth roles (bonus if in marketing, creative, or tech).
  • You're a mix of Gary Vee energy, a closer's mindset, and a marketer's intuition.
  • You're obsessed with building relationships and driving revenue, not just collecting LinkedIn connections.
  • You work fast, smart, and you don't need to be micromanaged.

Nice to have (not a dealbreaker)

  • Experience working in/with Dubai-based businesses or agencies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or scraping/lead-gen tools.
  • Understanding of creative, digital, or automation service offerings.
