Job description

Purpose:
Work on marketing Liabilities and Asset products of CBI through promotional visits to the current and expected clients in order to provide high quality services and reflect a good image of the bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Selling the retail facilities, services and products of all types to reach the sales goals placed by the Head of Direct Sales & Mortgage Sales Manager.
  2. Manage, Train & Recruit DSA’s of direct sales team.
  3. Specifies the chances for sales and apply the marketing and promotional programs for the retail programs and products to maintain high level quality in matters of customers' service.
  4. Performs an assessment of the facilities applications and nominates a number of credit offers to guarantee the correct documentation of the loans.
  5. Makes the necessary phone calls with the clients in a periodical and continuous manner to build and maintain strong and useful relations with the special clients.
  6. Proceeds to explore new markets to help in the development of a new generation of retail products.
  7. Makes plans and cares about the professional image of the work to maintain its place at all times.
  8. Follow up and supervise DSAs activities.
  9. Put the DSA's Rules and ensure it is followed.
  10. Managing and supporting the DSA outdoor sales for the bank.
  11. Managing and planning how to reach potential customers and how to approach them.
  12. Setting targets and monitoring performance of the DSAs.
  13. Forecasting, planning and proposing new schemes, joint promotions, structuring.
  14. Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
  15. Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.
  16. Present features and benefits, negotiate and close deal that is mutually satisfying.
  17. Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.
